It is also necessary for your insurance information to be updated yearly to provide you with the best possible service. Please have your insurance cards available when you visit us for your yearly exam. Not all listed insurance plans cover lenses and frames or contact lenses. Please call your provider prior to your appointment with questions regarding coverage..
