I made an appointment on line which was 4 months out. I was called back a few days later saying my doctor would be out of the office on that day. After the receptionist took the time to go through the scheduling, I was given an appointment for the following week. The day of the appointment, reception was friendly. I was taken in on time. The technician that ran the tests before seeing Dr. Phillips was very pleasant and efficient. Dr Phillips took the time after the examination to answer a few questions that I had. Plus I was not able to have my eyes dilated that day, and was able to schedule another appointment to do so.

I wrote the following last January 2025. Nothing has changed. "As always, a comprehensive eye exam, performed by experienced medical professionals and supported by a cordial and efficient front desk. Always a pleasure to be under care here. Continues to offer premier care. I wouldn't go anywhere else. 1/01/2025." These are fantastic eye care professionals. 1/7/2026 and 5-15-26

Dr Eriksson He is fabulous! It’s been a rough road for my grandson with his visual impairment in many ways. He could not be any more professional, patient, or kind. Thank you also AJ for Calling me to fit us in under a cancellation. Also, when I originally went online to make an appointment, you were the one who called me the same day to try to fit us in as soon as possible. To be honest, I am not used to having anybody call me back for days if at all. Thank you again

Great experience for both wife and I. Dr Eriksson worked with us to ensure that our vision needs were met. He is especially helpful with low vision, working with what you have, not what you don’t have.

I had been progressively becoming dis satisfied with my eye doctor for a wide range of reasons. My sister mentioned she goes here and that I should try it. I'm so glad I did! Everything about my appointment, and exam, was excellent. All staff, from front end to techs to doctor, were friendly, professional, and competent. The equipment was different from my last provider; it felt much more current and high tech (to this layman's eyes). The exam was very efficient and seemed comprehensive. There was virtually no wait time between different aspects of my exam. If you want a professionally run eye care provider, this is THE place!

I walked into Eyecare of Vermont without an appointment, and the staff was very good about setting me up with a technician to see me. My glasses were giving me issues, and their expertise fixed my problem. I appreciate the excellent customer service and professionalism!
