EyeCare of Vermont is excited to offer convenient new self-service options for our patients!
We understand that it can be frustrating and time-consuming to play "phone tag." In order to support you as efficiently as possible, we have updated our online options to address some of our most common patient requests.
Established patients can now schedule their annual eye exams online. Please remember that many insurance plans require a full year between exams. If you’re not sure when your last exam was, or if you need to schedule any other visit, please feel free to use our Appointment Request page and we will contact you as soon as we can.
To request any other type of appointment (specialized testing, follow-up visits, optician services, etc.) please use our Appointment Request page and our staff will contact you as soon as we can.
While we don't have a fully integrated online payment system that shows current balances, we can text or email a secure one-time payment link for patients to pay bills online.
Patients can now view the status of their eyewear orders, and save/print copies of invoices. Please note: Real-time order status is not available for contact lens order being shipped directly to you. You can use our Contact Form to send a message requesting tracking details for those orders.
When your new lenses or glasses arrive, we schedule time with our opticians to check the frame fit and make sure you're seeing well with your new Rx. If you have received a notification that your lenses are ready, you can schedule a pickup appointment online. We often have same-day availability for these appointments.
If you have a valid contact lens Rx and would like to place an order, please fill out our order request form below. Our staff will contact you by phone or email to confirm when your order has been placed.
