Our office maintains a cancellation list for established patients who have already scheduled an annual eye exam and would like to get in sooner. When we have openings in our schedule, we call patients in the order that they appear on the list. If we do not reach you, we will leave a message and continue calling other patients. We cannot hold appointment times or guarantee that submitting this form will get you an earlier appointment.
